Individual Therapy

In my work with individuals, I offer a compassionate, non-judgmental space to explore what’s feeling painful, stuck, or uncertain in your life. People often come to therapy navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, abuse, identity questions, relationship struggles, neurodivergence (including ADHD and autism), or life transitions.

Process

My approach is integrative, relational, somatic, and trauma-informed. I draw on Internal Family Systems (IFS), psychodynamic and attachment-based approaches, as well as somatic and neurobiological understandings of how emotion, memory, and protective strategies are held in the body.

I view attachment styles not as fixed traits, but as intelligent survival strategies shaped by early relational experiences. In therapy, we work to gently unweave these patterns — increasing awareness of how they show up in your body, relationships, and inner world. Nervous system attunement is central to this process. We pay close attention to cues of safety and overwhelm, recognising that these can present differently across neurotypes.

I welcome clients of all genders, sexualities, relationship structures, neurotypes, and cultural backgrounds. My practice is inclusive and affirming. Whatever you’re holding — confusion, anger, shutdown, longing — all parts of you are welcome here, even (and especially) the parts that feel uncertain, protective, or in pain.

Together, we work toward greater self-understanding, emotional regulation, and a more grounded, connected, and authentic way of being.
